Children’s Aid Societies across the Province of Ontario are held accountable to Legislative requirements, the court system, practice and policy standards, audits, performance indicators and Broader Public Sector Guidelines. In addition to these, FACS holds itself accountable to our families that we serve and to the community through its Strategic Plan. At FACS we believe in providing a comprehensive clinical model of child welfare services along with meeting all of the administrative accountability that we must demonstrate. We meet this challenge head on, we are proud of our results and we strive to continuously learn and improve.
