WHEREAS by Letters Patent dated the 22nd day of September 1933, The Children's Aid Society of the City of St. Thomas and the County of Elgin was incorporated, and
WHEREAS by Supplementary Letters Patent dated the 15^th day of March 2006, the name of The Children's Aid Society of the City of St. Thomas and the County of Elgin changed its name to Family & Children’s Services of St. Thomas and Elgin
BE IT ENACTED as a By-law of Family & Children’s Services of St. Thomas and Elgin as follows (attached)
